Similar to most countries, ISO 9001 Certification is the most widely followed international standard in Indonesia. But many local companies make costly mistakes when implementing the quality management system (QMS). It turned out to be a nightmare for the companies. They spent more resources to get the certification, or even worse – failed to get certified.

Mistake 1: Getting ISO 9001 Certification In Indonesia For Wrong Reasons
